Stretch Forming

Beagle Aircraft views stretch forming as a key specialist technology and house three stretch formers on site, two for sheet metal and one for extrusion and angles. The stretch formers at Beagle Aircraft is able to form materials such as Aluminium, Titanium, Stainless Steel and Inconel. The Hufford pulls extrusions and angles and is 16’ long and the Erco pulls sheet metal raw material and is 16’ x 12’ in size.
