Beagle Technology Group manufacture and assemble some very complex structures, such as engine blast shields. These are manufactured completely in house using traditional skills as the main skins are rubber pressed before being hand adjusted and wheeled. The kit is brought together in a two-stage assembly. Firstly, with several components coming together to be assembled via both spot and seem welding. Processes covered by our NADCAP approval. The sub structure then goes into the jig for final assembly where the remaining elements of the kit are located and riveted in place.
